Founders Tim and Angie Clark

Founders Tim and Angie Clark both grew up locally in the community while graduating high school here in Monroe County. Immediately after graduation, Tim dove into the business world, where he spent over a decade Developing, growing, and managing a local Security company. Since then, Tim has opened several successful companies in the Monroe area, while creating many lasting partnerships. Tim has spent his whole life opening and growing local businesses, in and around Monroe County.

Angie Clark Worked at Kroger, where she started as a bagger in her youth. She eventually moved her way up to the front office. This led Angie to transition into an Operations Manager at AHG, the family-owned staffing agency. It was here that Angie found her true passion for giving back to the community.
Angie has worked tirelessly to give back to various organizations in Monroe County.

The Clarks have worked strongly to make a positive impact in the community from sponsorships, donating and volunteering with many local agencies such as the Humane Society, The Salvation Army and the local schools.

Ben Clark, General Manger, and Partner

Ben Clark (Tim and Angie’s son) began his career in the restaurant hospitality industry at 14 years old working at a local restaurant washing dishes. Ben followed this dream to South Carolina where he worked at one of the busiest resort restaurants in the area. This is where he learned the basics of owning and operating a Restaurant and Bar. Ben has always wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps as a Business Owner. Ben knows that Dirty Birdie is his opportunity to build and create long-lasting memories for not only his family but everyone in the community too. Ben is ready for the challenge and growth that this establishment will bring to the community. Ben’s vision is to learn and understand the unique needs and wants of the patrons, so that he can deliver and provide quality service to every person that comes into the establishment.
